What is Your Sourcing Philosophy?
Our sourcing philosophy is to feature African brands and artisans who employ African sourced methods and materials in the world of fashion and to collaborate with as many vendors as possible. Including highlighting specific aspects of a culture or country in which a material or technique derives from. African culture is our source for inspiration, and we're striving to protect and showcase the continent's traditional craftsmanship.
What is your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by Akaabee within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds usually take about 2-3 weeks, but most refunds are fully refunded within 7-14 days after we receive and process your return.
Replacements and exchanges
You can create replacement and exchange orders by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange that item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.
I cannot complete my order.
In case you're experiencing any technical issues when submitting your order please don't worry. Our website is completely secure so any details you're worried about will be protected.
